Xecuter 2.2 Lite Bios

I installed an Xecuter 2.2 Lite, that is supposed to be flashed with Cromwell. How can I verify this? The xbox boots up fine, as it normally does, the LED is nice and blue, but thats it? Isn't cromwell supposed to flash red and then eject the DVD tray or something? Can anyone verify this, or tell me how to verify which bios is installed, or if the thing even works?
