clik on the arrow facing downwards and it will say clear search history. Clicking this will clear the search history.

Btw he mite wana try sumthin mor secure than hidin the files since if ne1 turns off the hidden files view they wil b visible. Mayb password protectin an inconspicously named folder and THEN hiding it?

If he's using XP Pro or 2000 why not create separate accounts on the machine for him and his sister.

Then turn off simple security and add just his ID to the folder with the porn in. Then only he can open and view the folder.

    i couldnt find this arrow you were on about mate, but if you do this it clears the history;

click the start menu and goto run
    type regedit.exe
    and hit ok
you will see a folder called HKEY_CURRENT_USER, open it
now open the folder named Software
now this brings a list up of all your software, goto the kazaa folder
in the kazaa folder theres a folder named Search, go into this folder
delete everything in this folder apart from the top file
when u start kazaa up your search history is cleard

if you're on ME you could can go to start menu
    then settings
    task bar & start menu
    click the advanced tab
and then clear "to erase recent . . "

that will get rid of anything appearing in the documents section of the start menu if you've been watching dodgy stuff. also, the arrow jester is referring to is right next to the search box which is what u press if u wan't to view previous searches - scroll to the top of this list and it should say "clear search history".

if you use the new kazaa lite : resurection or any previous kazaa lite, k++ or klitepp version simply go to the search page and on the dropdown list with the search history simply scroll to the top of the list and hit clear search history.

i've found that file & folder protector keeps files securely hidden (you need to open the program to unhide it and that needs a password)
