60 second shutdown

I am on a network with another pc in my house, the other one was the host but mine is now the host to make things easier for me. The problem is when I connect onto the net, it will be fine for a certain amount of time then a box will suddenly appear telling me windows has to shutdown and starts counting down from 60 until inevitably my computer has to reboot.
I cant remember what it actually says.

I know this is a bit vague but Im hoping one of you geniuses can help me out.

your a bit late m8 .. was about a few months ago, but obviously u werent affected if that box wasnt online.

It's either the blaster virus or the Welchia Worm. The fixes for the mare available from http://www.symantec.com/

while were on the subject shutdown -a stops the pc having the box

incase your in the situation were your trying to get the patch but the pc keeps shuting down, type that command into the run command at bootup.
If you want to scare someone or just take the piss type shutdown -s and the red cross will come up again heheh
