Nokia 7650 needing a puk2 code

It would seem after 3 wrong code entries to try and clear the gprs data counter my mrs has locked the pin.

It says "PIN2 code blocked Enter PUK2 code:"

Can anyone shed some light onto this? how can I get a puk2 code?

The phone was originaly on T-Mobile (mine) and when I went to Orange, I unlocked the 7650 and gave her it. If that's any help..

Edit:

Found on a forum that if you enter "1234567890" for the PUK2 code then you can input a new PUK2, then asks to confirm

It works up then confirm, you press ok and it says "code error"

It now says PUK2 code rejected as soon as i try to clear the gprs counter
