    Default How to load opera and other apps which require gprs on a o2 genie chip with a 6600

    I could never get the apps to work on my 6600 such as opera etc..even with my gprs and mms sorted out. Went looking around various sites and i saw this and it worked. im using netfront and opera ..not only do they load quicker then the nokia broswer but its html in all its glory :thumbs

    This will solve the connection problem that people are having. Use your normal o2 connection settings.
    1. Load Opera
    2. Go to settings
    3. Make sure proxy is enabled
    4. Change the host/sever to :: 193.113.200.195
    5. Change the port to 8080 (or 80)
    6. Your done. You can now use the internet on you phone with opera

    BUT when i load up opera/netfront i have to select 02 mms and not 02 wap gprs
