Links within post or pages not loading

Now Im not dull when I comes to PC's but this is doing my head in slowly. When I load a page all is well, works 100% but when I click a link within the 1st page a 2nd page pops up as normal but freezes and it will not load.

I have checked for viruses and the usual checks like resetting back to default but any link I click that needs a 2nd page java pages or what ever jusy will not work. If I copy and paist they work, but clicking them and bringing them up as a 2nd page just shows a blank page.

Anyone with ideas?

Running XP and version 6 explorer.

Start > Run, type regsvr32 urlmon.dll and press enter

Done that, dont work.

OK then, do the same but swap urlmon.dll for the following:


Shdocvw.dll
Msjava.dll
Actxprxy.dll
Oleaut32.dll
Mshtml.dll
Browseui.dll
Shell32.dll (Windows XP and Windows 2000 only)

After each command is issued, you should receive a pop up message stating that registration was successful.

Well I be bolloxed.

I tried everyone of those commands this morning and ann regged ok but still did not work. Tried them again and now its working?

Must of missed one out but thanks M8 for your help.
