rom10 giving only freeveiw PLEASE HELP

first box i've done in TIME. It's a 4010 that a m8 came accross.
I removed the atmel, read it and replaced it all, all well.
Done the rom10 (ater a refreshers course) and done the emm mod too but all i am getting is the free channels.
I've checked the card again and again and again and am sure it is all correct but cant get anything but the free channels.
I'm thinking it MAY be to be with the dates but not sure.
Would it be possibkle for someone to send me a valid NTL full pack mosc image(with their details removed) so i can compare them PLEASE.
Any help GRATELY appreciated.

mate try this hit favourites on the remote edit channle list reset all to default that should do it had the same thing here 2 lol. i take it your in a docsis area. well i had a docsis box in davic area and i done the above sorted it for me good luck.:thumbs

still compairing the 2 bins m8 but i think it may been that i changed the start date as well as the expire date.
will post later when i know for sure
