i dont whant to use a code i whant to no how they do it with the chip like what i need so i can decode all stereos no matter what make any tutorials on it and pics would be cool cheers.

lol, you dont want a lot You could buy Joules A400 from www.elecsys.com. Will cost about £3.5k for the full kit but worth it. I have one and it is superb. Or you could slowly just collect the various utils on the net that will calc codes from dump. You will of course have to build/buy the appropriate programmers etc if you go this way.
