As far as i'm aware ART is on Viacess 2 also Irdeto 2 on 7w but there are no Public hacks for these yet.....if your brother can get it its either an official card or commercial hack but for that price it sounds almost like an official card....therefore.no you couldn't get this with a Funcard.

    Hi

m/r==Matrix cam you can get t.p.s, via, d+. tv cabo, and more with no card in the cam, with titanium card and the right file on it you can get conax,on 1 west, sky ita on 13 east seca 2 on 19.2 east and more at the moment.
titanium card using standard 3.5Mhz Smartmouse (Phoenix mode)
have a look here to see what you can get
    seca 2= Mediaguard 2 19.2 east
    http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/dpastra.shtml

    sky ita =Mediaguard 2 13 east

    http://www.lyngsat.com/hotbird.shtml

    conax 1 west

    http://www.lyngsat.com/1west.shtml

via 5 east most with no card in cam

    http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/viasat.shtml

the m/r cam has to loaded with up todate software with a cass-inerface or funcard 5 or 6.

Carefull not all are english...particularly footy...if you look at the link i posted above it has an 'E' after it if its in english .... otherwise the ones on 30w tend to be pretty cloesely synced to Radio5 live if you have that on in the background
