Yes its the pal version and there is a £7 shipping charge but at £18 its worth a try unless anyone knows any cheaper place.....

phlix's opinion on it:

They're are a bit poo ..... reception is pretty bad. I used mine a few times and then decided to sell. If you haven't got a backlight I wouldn't even think about getting one.
Its a good price though ...... sixteen quid's not bad. Although I would advise if you need a small TV get a dedicated handheld TV, they're much better.

In summary, I would give them a thumbs down. They're a good idea, but they they don''t work too well in practice.
