    Default Kill Bill Vol 2

When this movie starts it shows what happend before the vol1 started(if you no what i meen)I t is no way as gory as the first movie but there is still some gory scences there! I think the story line is better in this as it is easier to follow what is going on.There is a bit where the bride is buried alive and it made me open mothed for a bit, i won`t spoil it for you and tell you what happens, but i thought wow!The fight scenes although are good are still not as good as the first 1.
I enjoyed it and would give it 8/10. :thumbs

Saw it last night and I gotta agree it was much better than the first movie, am not a massive Kung Fu fan so the first movie was a bit of a let down for me. But volume 2 was great, loved the scenes with Daryll Hanna, especially the Black Mamba scene, I won't spoil it for anyone by saying anymore.

I saw this last night and was well impressed. I loved the first film and this one blew the first out of the water for so many reasons. Completely different to the first in most aspects.

The Black Mamba scene wa great as was the Burial of Phillipa Schwaltz or whatever it was called.

YEp saw it last nite too, although i certainly wouldnt give it 10/10, you must be a serious QT nut to think it's the perfect film and deserving 10/10.

People who enjoyed the first one for it's over-the-top kung fu mayhem will be sorely dissapointed, and i'm sure there are a lot of them out there. It's good yeah, nice script, but i couldnt help but feel it was just a toned-down version of volume1, or all the bits he cut out becuase volume1 was too long

    7.5/10

bills demise wasnt about a fight scene - it was all about the relationship between him and kiddo

if you dont see that then you should stick to scobby doo movies

I reckoned that it cant be rated as a stand alone film, so i'm gonna rate it in two parts.

    I. As an "action" movie, eg...in the thread of KBv1, it wasn't great. In fact, i cant remember there being any real action at all in it, apart from maybe one short fight scene with darryl hannah. (5/10)

II. As a "cinematic experience", everything was perfect. The film linked up to the 1st in every way, and every shot was shot to perfection. All characters were defined and perfectly described and acted. It showed that QT is a master at making films this way. (10/10)

Gordon Bennett, I would hardly go as far as saying it was brilliant 9.5 outta 10, 10 outta 10 good grief, u must want to have Mr Tarantino's babies!!!

I was an okay movie, although there were stages were i did get bored, won't ruin any bits but and average 7.4 outta 10 would maybe do it justice!!! that is maybe a bit much.

    whatever floats your boat!!!!

had planned to go on a couple of occasions last week but something always cropped up, but saw it on friday and in complete contrast to the 1st film but just as enjoyable. this had alot more emphasis on the characters and the emotions/chemistry between them. overall it was great and now in retrospect i agree with his decision to split it into two parts.

some poor script writing by QT as well 'Bill' is described as been 'old school' and when Bill goes to see his brother he gives him some grief about selling a 'priceless Hattori Hanzo sword' but when kiddo finds it later it seems that Bill had it engraved with a naff message to his brother in huge deep engraving, hardly the 'old school' way to treat a master sword.

as a follow up to the kung fu chaos that was No 1...... forget it.

as a no 2 it didnt come close to the previous QT masterpieces.

    dissapointing imo

Thought this was absolute class - loved evry minute of it

It was a nice contrast to the action of the first film, plenty of quality dialogue

It also has to go down as having the best use of a swear word in a film - ever

It is top...QT did it again...in the I wouldn't like to check out of this life...in the same way as the paula shultz scene.

The diaolgue combined with the flute playing scences is class....and you know that this is going to be crucial to the film.

I thought it was better than the first, and I thought the first was fantastic.
