i have programmer pony prog and si prog whorks 100% whithe 93c46 butt not reed this eeprom93c46 for carradio peugeot clarion pu-2294a(c) carr 306

is pin 6&8 joined on the board or could be secure prom (s) if so dump to new blank chip and you should get a read then

the 9346 used in some clarions is configured different ffroma standard 9346 try wiringthis way and reading
