    simple - format your pc.

get a good virus killer and content filter program like norton internet security.
when ie askes you a Yes or No question READ what it says before just clicking yes.

other options are to use a real browser like opera.

i've covered this so often now.

    close ie
    open msconfig
look at startup and remove any references to regedit (no normal program needs to edit the registry on boot up)
take note of the filnames its adding to the registry
    delete those files
run spysweeper or ad aware or spybot (or all 3)
run some kind of registry checker (like reg healer)
open control panel and go to internet options
set your hompage to your correct one
    reboot your system
    that should fix it permenently
but to keep safe make sure that spybot s&d or spysweeper homepage shield are running to prevent future hijacks.

It get's back in because you are going to the same web page that give you it again.
As soon as the web page loads, it deposit's the crap on your pc, usually in the Temp or Temporary Internet Files folder's.
Use Spywareblaster alongside Winpatrol and you should be ok, (but don't forget your firewall and virus checker).
Running Ad-aware every time you come off the web is a good habit to get into.
It is alway's better to err on the side of caution, or is that paranoia!!

    Regards,
    Garngad.
