    Default Suppliments to gain weight...

After using the BBC's health website to calculate my BMI
    (http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/yourweight/bmi.shtml)

It shows that I'm a few points underweight and I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to gain weight quickly using some sort of powers etc? if so names would be very helpful. I know most think why not just eat alot? but I don't have enough time in my day to eat 3 large meals (morning lunch and dinner)

    Any advice is appreciated

    Hi Fusen,

    I would recommend Progain (http://store.maximuscle.co.uk/cgi-bi...duct/View/1008)
Been using it for 2 months and i've put on 6 pounds. You can get it cheaper form GNC if you get their discount card.

Like yourself i dont get time to eat 3 meals a day due to work.

m8 i woudnt worry to much about being a few pounds underweight.

semi-skimmed milk is a good thing to put weight on with(simple mass gainer- cheap and effective) . if you cant eat physically eat enough to put weight on (matabolism etc) then a product like the one above might be the answer. but dont go with maximuscle there products are way over priced m8 the best mass gainer is a product called nlarge http://www.monstersupplements.com/weight_gainers.htm

Yeh m8 n-large by pro-lab is good and not too expensive....I took that 1 myself
but watch out m8 when you take it as it puts those extra handles on
place that r hard to shift.....take your time with supplements cause you will
end up putting on too much too soon and you will look chubby!!!
and you dont have to make a meal or grab a bite to eat if time is the problem
buy yourself a shaker put in your supp's and oof you go about your business
when you need something pop out the shaker add milk/water whichever
is easier and off you go again..no time wasted...but food is still the
essential part of it..dont skip meals m8..try n have a cereal bar with it
something with carbs in it......good luck :thumbs
