I'm about to reformat and re-install a friends PC, what setting's and info will I need to get the NTHell working again??

What are the settings for outlook?

So long as you have the disc he got with his BB, just use that to install the drivers (dont bother with all that Broadjump crap, cuz thats all it is).

For Outlook, all he'll need is email addy and password - when setting the account up the incoming mail server is pop.ntlworld.com and the outgoing is smtp.ntlworld.com.

Im pretty sure thats all you should need.
