They collect information about you so that they can spam you with adverts. Where they request a phone number don't enter your real one (unless you want a salesman to call you) and for email address be prepared to receive spam. I think you need a real email address to click and validate the link

I got a small bag of sweets (postage cot them more) ages ago when I registered using my old totalise e-mail addy. When I checked the address last week I had received nearly 200 e-mails from them since 1/1/04.

I don't think I will be telling them my new addy

A scam of a company. I gave them my details and all I receive practically everyday is an email saying you can get free sweets if you click on this link and enter your *full*details. The link is invariably a credit card/ penis pump/ viagra company. If this is to your liking, feel free

yea, from all of the links and things i signed upto, to get my free 'sweets', all i got was a chupa chup, and 4 crappy sherbet things...TOTALLY not worth the hassle....its easier to just go down to a shop and spend 10p on them.

In all due respect though, they did cancel my account within 24 hrs after I clicked the 'cancel' link thats in the emails!
