Changed my subscription from *** Freedom to Virgin abour 6 weeks ago, my broadband speed is now abysmal. It is supposed to be 2MB(1.7MB actual) it often runs at double figure speeds which approximates to dialup speeds. The email server is not available today and the 'contact us' button throws up an error. I addition they charge you £0.25/minutes to tell them they've got problems. Anyone having the same problems out there ?
