Game Rules:
Premiership Fantasy Manager is based on the Premiership football season. Players will score points based on all matches played during the domestic season.
The game will start from matches played on the Saturday 14th August 2004 and will run through to the final matches played on 15th May 2004.
How to Play
Premiership Fantasy Manager is FREE to play. You may also upgrade your team to receive more transfers and other bonuses. The difference between 'Free' teams and 'Upgraded' teams is:
FREE TEAMS - 'Free' teams are given two transfers each month. You are only allowed to register 1 free team per entrant.
UPGRADED TEAMS - Upgraded 'Paid For' teams are allocated an extra 2 transfers a month, giving them a total of 4 transfers a month. You may pay to upgrade an unlimited number of teams.
UPGRADED TEAMS also benefit from personalised monthly emails per team, giving you information on your best/worst players, best valued players in the game and Premiership news. This gives you a competitive edge - allowing you to pick your players based on their real life performance.
How to Upgrade Your Team
To upgrade your team costs £1.50 per month from the date you join. The subsciption service lasts from August 2004 - May 2005. To unsubcribe, please email info@silentmanger.co.uk confirming your username and team name.
Payment can be made either by using WORLDPAY or BT click&buy though your credit card, debit card or telephone bill. You can also pay via SMS on your mobile phone (if you are based in the UK).
You can either start off with a 'Paid For' or a 'Free' team. If you want to upgrade from a free team an update option will occur when you have used your 2 transfers.
Each entrant may enter one free team as well as an unlimited number of upgraded teams. If more than one team is entered, each team must have a different name.
You may register teams at any time before or during the season. Any teams registered before the 13th August 2004 will receive a transfer amnesty until this date and will not start scoring points until the 14th August 2004. Any teams registered once the season has already started will only receive points from the date they have registered.

How to Pick Your Team
You can pick from the squads of the entire Premiership.
When you sign up you will receive a budget of £100 million with which to build your team.
The formation you pick will decide the shape of your squad, your tactics and how your budget is spent. Choose your formation carefully as you cannot change this once you have entered your team.
You will need to buy a manager and 11 players.
Important: You are allowed a maximum of three players from each team.
How to Score Points
MANAGER
Steady points throughout the year - for a price. Important: You cannot transfer your manager, so if he is sacked you will not score any points for the manager (you will continue to score points for the remainder of your team).

PLAYERS
Buy wisely here and you’ll be heading straight to the top of the league.

The ONLY results used for the game are those initially reported by the Press Association. If any decision is reversed from what was initially reported we will NOT amend the points already applied to teams.
Transfers
At the start of each month your transfer allocation will be 'topped up'. You cannot carry transfers over from one month to another.
Transfers are allocated as follows:
FREE teams: 2 transfers each month
UPGRADED teams: 4 transfers each month
Players will only score points from the date/time they have been transferred into your team.
All transfers must be made by kick-off. You will only receive points if a player is named in your starting line up at the published time of kick-off. Any players transferred after this time will not score points until the next match they play in. Time of transfers will be recorded as per the server clock (displayed in the top right hand side of the screen).
You may use your transfers at any point throughout the month.
