Does anyone know or have experianced any companies that do this?

I have just lost my hardrive with years of photos and documents that are mission critical and I need to try and get them back.

The drive is a scsi drive that isnt spinning up corectly at bios detection device manager will display the drive but nothing else will see it.

Any help apreciated.

Use Easy Recovery Professional, it worked quite well with a few floppy's that couldn't be read with windows explorer, but it found all the files and recovered them (file names were changed after recovery), all the files were fine after that, so it should be able to do the same thing for your hard drive.

I tried ERP but the drive isnt starting properly on boot and isnt available to windows at any point other than in device manager.

I have found Fields Data Recovery UK seem reasonable at about £250 for my drive going off the last 3 prices they charged on similar drives.
