Anyway, I've just started back but have noticed that in my time off being a lazy bastard, I have put a bit of weight on, but only on my stomach! - Everything else is fine, just my sides and bottom of stomach is getting a bit big!
I have been doing sit-ups, bit on the rowing machine and the crunch chair, but are there any other exercises that wil be good for taking off mass there? Sit-ups etc are good for toning up etc, but I wanna lose the weight I have there! I can't go fully cardio etc becaus eI'm also trying to build up a little of what I lost while away for it all, so really I am needing to concentrate on just losing that bit of "fat!"
Any recommended exercises which are good for this will be appreciated!
cheers,
John.
