Cablebox not showing showing all channels anymore.

Hi All,

I have a Jerrold DPBB7522/V5 box. I am located Bronx,NY and I have been using my box for about 2 months work 100%. All of a suddent the box is only showing the local channel one can obtain with a regular anthena, not the ones with cable service. Can someone help me figure this out. Inside is currently the 3 wire testchip. Not sure what aproach to take in this case.

maybe they have gone multimode 3 wire chips are old hat now, program up a new superchip and tcinit the box. Other than that use hexgen 3
