Error trying to install a game!!

when i try to install BLACK HAWK DOWN i get a erroe msg

C:\Windows\System32\Autoexec.nt The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application

A few questions...
What OS are you using?
How much available memory is there on your computer?
How much disk space is free?

It's not a hard drive space or memory error, but it seems to be symptamatic of windows nt/xp however, after a little digigna around i found this, on the microsoft site strangely enough (will wonders never stop, microsoft being helpfull)

Took that support page from anothger site were the problem has been discussed, if it doesn't work try the thread i got it from here:

I had the same problem after installing xp service pack2 .The files mentioned had disappeared. Following the link in previous post restored the missing files
