Default I'm building a Pc for family in France...advice on voltages etc

I've built a PC for family in France and have two questions about it.

The PSU says 230v on it but something tells me this isn't right for use in France, or is it.

Also I have put a standard modem in there will this work ok in France too?

    Is so then great!

    FRANCE AND BELGIUM (220-230VAC/50Hz)
France and Belgium have standardised on a socket which is not compatible with the CEE 7/4 socket that it standard n Germany and other continental European countries. The reason for incompatibility is that grounding in the French/Belgian socket is accomplished with a round male pin permanently mounted in the socket. As mentioned above, the CEE 7/7 plug bridges the differences between the two types of sockets: It has grounding clips on both sides to mate with the CEE 7/4 socket and a female contact to accept the grounding pin of the French/Belgian socket. Note that the CEE 7/7 plug is polarized when used in the French and Belgian electrical system.

bullshit, if the frog mains is 220-230ac 50hz then its the same as ours (prolly better)

if u cant find a cables from mains to the psu the just chop the end off the uk 1 and bung a euro 2 pin jobby on there

there is nowt wrong with that voltage and even if there is the worse that will happen is u'll blow a fuse in the uk psu. but that wont happen

I'm sure MajorFU meant to say, bung a euro THREE pin jobby on there

The PC case should be earthed.
