having a problem with me Camera on me fone keeps on comong up "Preview Error" when I try to use it... whats the problem anyone know?

this may be the same problem I had with my wifes phone, I changed the cover on her Moto v500, and the camera would not work after, just put up a message saying 'busy, try again later'.

I re-opened it all up and found one of the ribbons was not 'seated' properly.

Fixed it in position, and now all is ok!!

Sadly its your ribbon m8, your camera itself is fine, its the ribbon that connects to the board which has a bad connection

worst of all is that this ribbon is on the screen and to replace the ribbon you need to replace the screen making this a very expensive fix

I've got the same problem with mine. it shnould still be covered by your warranty, so get in touch with samsung and send it back - it's a known fault.
