    Help Migrating from Tiscali

I'm thinking of leaving tiscali broadband :thumbs and moving to another company because they are crap! I know I need to get the MAC/CBUK code off them to give to the new provider, but do I need to cancel the service with them at the same time or will they cancel the service themselves after the migration itself has occurred. I'm worried that if I cancel before the migration they will cut the service and I could end up with weeks of downtime.

You will need to do a full "cease & reprovide" as Tiscali do not support migration to other providers.
