Backing Up

What do you all recommedn for backing up a PC to DVD or CD?

Something that will take the files and the email from outlook.

I gave up on CD DVD a long time ago - too much hassle. I could never get consistent results, and I'd keep forgetting to do it

If you can afford it, buy a cheap external hardrive and use Windows Backup ( which is available for XP Home, even though it is not pre-loaded) or another freeware backup (such as Cobian). Then you can schedule once a week or whatever and take it with you on holiday (lest you get burgled )

Or alternatively get a USB pocket drive (U can get 1gb for abt 50 quid).
