Please Help info needed

Hello all

right my Grandad travels alot in his motor home, He takes his sky stuff with him and we managed to get hold of a Sky digi meter to help him setup when he arrivies at the camp site, He has no problem using it in UK & France but in spain he has problems the meter start emitting beeps and stuff, If anyone has any information on the meter below I would be eternally greatfull as he has got me harrashed, if anyone has a manual or knows the model number so I can search for it it would be a great help

Could either be that where he is he needs a bigger dish OR the beep he is getting is from a different satelite and not the sky digital one he is looking for.

I have alwaysed mannaged to allign the dish with the engineers menu on the box and just looking where the sun is lol
