flash carts generally work no probs as far as playing the flashed game(s). I have a F2A cart which requires flashing in a GBA. This cannot be done in the DS so I need to keep a gba or my sp to do this, or buy a cart that uses an external linker.

I ordered a ds from liksang on wednesday last week & it was delivered on friday. Payed £111 for a ds with a stepdown converter a usb charger & some screen protectors.

No import duty at all but I have a feeling I was lucky as when I got a gba from them I paid about £15 import fee.

Its worth a try though :thumbs

Got hold of a fair few games now here are my 1 line impressions of them after a bit of play...

Mario 64 DS - great fun tricky and annoying in places but generally satisfying ! 8.5/10

Asphalt Urban GT - Great for a quick blast here and there, found myself playing this loads 8/10

Ridge racer DS - Fast and smooth, nice gfx, no slowdown but HARD .. need to play more 8.5/10

Spiderman 2 DS - Smooth platformer, sold it on to my m8 so cant really comment

Wario Touch (jap) - although odd in jap, this game roxx, you liked the original, you'll love this 9/10 best so far !

updated scores from me after more play-time...

Mario 64 DS - great fun tricky and annoying in places but generally satisfying ! 8.5/10

Asphalt Urban GT - Went back to this after RRDS became too boring. not as pretty but a much better game 8.5/10

Ridge racer DS - Fast and smooth, nice gfx, no slowdown but this is so DULL to play, buy asphalt instead ! 6/10

Spiderman 2 DS - Smooth platformer, sold it on to my m8 so cant really comment

Wario Touch (jap) - although odd in jap, this game roxx, you liked the original, you'll love this 9.5/10 EASILY best so far !

Feel the Magic - This is excellent ! short but very well presented. Mini games a bit like wario but all tied together in a theme.. gets freakier as the story goes on. Finished this in about 2hrs but worth it 8.5/10

Mr Driller - still sealed will add this later !

    cheers,

    malty

Got my DS yesterday, and would have to agree with you on the scores for Mario, Ridge Racer DS, and Feel The Magic (great originality in that game). The demo for Metroid isn't too bad either!
