amiga 500

I have a friend who needs to by a Amiga 500 with power supply & mouse. Plus, a power supply for A520 hard disk.

Can anyone help or offer some advice? Very Grateful for any ideas.

pimp - as stated via PM, I have an Amiga 500 but since checking ebay and seeing they are going for only 10 quid, I might as well keep hold of mine (not worth selling it at that price).

There are plenty going for sale on there, so 10 quid + postage should so it.

If you need any help/info about the Amiga, just let me know. I've had an A500 for 18 years !

keep trying eBay mate, there's always one or two which apepar on there, i got my last a600 +hd off ebay a couple of months ago, were a few 500's on then

If you or anyone else would like a Amiga 500+ I will give one and pay for postage to your abode if you can pay postage +packing in the form of a donation towards DF . Not sure of the best way to acheive this, perhaps a MOD can advise.

It would be a standard A500+ extra 1meg, new mouse, with power supply, will test before I confirm any payment just in case its buggered up in the last year or so since I turned it on.

ok lets see if we can sort this out, what you think it will cost in postage and how are you going to donate to DF? It may be after crimbo as I dont think its a good idea to send this close to Post Office Deadline, usually around the 19th of the month.

I can remember cycling home with one under me arm from town the day they were realeased - I had serial number 0000108 - great times...

Check out your local FreeAds paper (FreeAds, Loot, AdTrader etc) - you'll probably come across a gem or two in there. Had two A600's with hard drives last year - FREE TO A GOOD HOME - plus a load of other goodies.
