what do i need for mileage correction

hi everybody, i'm new to the forum and would like to know what equipment i need to do mileage correction. alot of money can be made from this and i want a bit of it.
i already have an iso 9141 interface and a obd2 conector i also bought some software from ebay that has quite a few programs on it but i don't know which one does the mileage correction. i don't really want to fork out thousands for a new kit i just need to know what i need so i can put it on my wish list. thx phil
