    Default FA Cup Round 3

Is anyone bothered about the cup?, everyone I talk to doesn't seem to care.

Pity really as its the greatest cup competition in the world.

Hoping we can have another decent run, been to the quarters last year and cheated out of the semis the year before.

Think we can beat villa but it all depends which sheff utd turns up, the apprehensive home team or the away team that is second to only chelsea on form.

As for other "upsets" im not really sure where they will be coming from this year, but i dont think the premier sides will have as much of an easy ride as a lot of people are predicting.

As A Fellow Sheffield United Supporter I Think We Will Win 2 Morro But I Know What You Mean It Depends If They Really Want It But I Do Think We May Suffer If We Do Have A Good Cup Run And We Have Got A Lot Injured Kabba For One When Is He Due Back?

I have lost interest like the FA, the FA showed they couldnt give a f**k about the lower leagues by refusing to let Yeading to play at St James Park, that fixture would have made them serious security

Plus Newcastle need all the help they can

Am looking forward tomorrow's games although I reckon we have the hardest tie of the Prem clubs and I wouldn't be surprised to see us go out (Plymouth away)

well we played them off the park. The second goal looked offside (not seen it on tv yet) but we could have easily had 5 or 6.

As for everton snotty, watchin on sky italia and u've just gone 2-0 up, hoping ex-blade Marcus Bent will get one for my fantasy football points

We surprisingly did Ok Foxy...but I think if we'd have played Wigan/Sheff Utd/Ipswich on that performance we probably would have gone out!

As for your 2nd goal, the referee missed a blatant handball and the linesman missed a blatant offside (4/5 yards!!!)

But good to see Villa out anyway...O'Leary's face was a picture

yup was definately offside, watched tv coverage from tivo. The only explanation for the linesman missing it was that from his positioning if he was looking at the flick on, it could have looked like the defender headed it. From the first part of the move he was definately onside, up until the flick on. As for the handball I wouldnt have expected it had it been the other way, more ball to hand.

Makes a change that we should be on the side benefiting from officials however. I don't think the decision really changed the outcome, we dominated em anyway.

I'm hoping we dont get Everton in the draw, though I think we'd do better against premiership opposition than anyone else.
