Where to get pre modified?

All the sites I know of selling pre modified xboxs sold out coming up to Christmas but don't appear to have restocked. I'm talking mainly about baldbouncer since he is who I have bought from before although I can't really afford to go through him since he only does X3's. Basically where the fuk have they gone? No one seems to be selling them any more.

moral of the story is if its worth having a box with a chip in it then go for the best X3. :thumbs

Some people tend to confuse the word Chip with another four letter word also containing *hi* in the middle . Dont make this mistake and get an x3.

To be honest, for the average user the X3 is way over the top for their needs. Most people want to play backups and homebrew, with maybe a larger hard drive installed, and thats it. A £10 chip is just as good at doing this as a £38 chip.

The majority of the functions of the latest generarion mods (X3, Xenium, SmartXX) can be done with a decent dashboard installed.

There is a new UK law out that makes the selling of pre modded Xboxes illegal... even if it has got just the linux bios. From what I hear trading standards are cracking down on shops that advertise this service.

Last week I saw a post on here with someone recommending a good xbox modder. This is not a cool idea under the circumstances.... I would recommend any links to sites still selling them are sent via PM

Yea I'll take your word for it 4me2 and push the budget to an X3, unfortunately it doesn't look like I'll be able to get it according to Dirtygirl. X3 is not neccasary if you just want to play back-ups.

Get a copy of an exploitable game and you can then mod any box for pretty much FREE.
