Default Video Game History and Bussiness books

My girlfreind is choosing japanese bussiness next term for a unit. They have to do a 5000 word essay, title of thier choosing.

She is keen to concentrate on Nintendo. I have browsed Amazon for books on this type of subject and found a few :-

    Digital Play
The Medium of the Video Game
    The Video Game Theory Reader
The Ultimate History of Video Games
    Screenplay - Cinema/videogames/interfaces
Zap - The Rise and Fall of atari
    Revolutionaries at Sony
Videogames (Routledge Introductions to Medai & Communications)
    First Person
Trigger Happy - The Innre Life of Videogames

I thoguth there was specific books on Nintendo, history, business, methods, cult staus etc etc. Well generall i thought there might be a bit more on the business operations of what is now a major business industry.

If anyone can give pointers to web news/info or more books that you might think will help i would be grateful. Pleased that she is doing a subject that wont bore me now.

    Cheers.....Q

I think there is a book called Game Over: The Rise And Fall of Nintendo or something like that. I bought it years ago but not sure if it's still in print. Cannot find it or else I would send it to you mate. from what I can remember it chronicles the Nintendo story from how they started manufacturing cards to video games etc. Dunno where you might be able to get a copy though. sorry.

EDIT: Think this might be it here mate:

Judging from the review it certainly seems like it. You can get for 1p ! :thumbs
