BB Wifi

Hello,

I have a friend with BT BB installed down stairs, He wants to use it upstairs and by using the old method of networking the connection fails due to the extension, so he wants to use WiFi can someone give advice on what we need and so on and where to get.

Cheers mate, but they don't seem to answer my query.

He has just had BT ADSL installed, the BT Tech installed the modem downstairs and my mate got an extension lead to the computer upstairs, but BB does not work.

Is it possible to connect WIFI direct to the modem if so would this be a router?

Hi mate
Yup wireless router for the machine downstairs, then you can decide if you want internal pci or external usb wifi for any other system you may have :thumbs
