Recording real media audio streams? possible?

hi guys, ive been trying to find ways of recording some real media audio streams from the bbc radio 1 website, i tried something called rm recorder but it needs the source file of the audio stream.

if anyone has any knowledge of doing this and knows which software is best, i will be truley greatful

I did this last year and as soon as i can remember the software i used i will let you know.

it worked fine but was a huge file but it did the job

I found it its called total recorder pro and i used it to record the live stream so i could put it onto cd for the missus pm me
