old & new software versions for d500 unlocking?!

anyone know these off hand?

i have just gotten a brand new d500, on orange

edit >> just tried #*7337# and it said no

try #*7337# (it also resets the gprs settings so take note of them 1st)
if the code doesnt work then u need a datacable (www.allgsm.co.uk) and software which you'll find by searching google
