    Default Red Kooga tablets

    Hi all

I know this isn't really a gym question but it is to do with health and fitness so I thought I would ask, if tis a problem just i will just delete the thread

A friend of mine recommended some red kooga energise tablets, as I'm always a bit tired (late nights etc...)

can anyone tell me if they think its worth taking them or not or could you recommend something else's

    thanks

Being as they only cost a couple of quid you can always give them a try mate.

No problem with the question m8,if you dont ask you will never know...Well could suggest you start gettng an early night as you say you dont have much of them..lol...But its probably good rest your needing m8 as going to bed at stupid o'clock will only make you worse. Why dont you try n get into a routine of when to go to bed. There could be numerous factors why you feel Fatigue..Maybe should get a quick check-up to rule out any possible illness you might have(nothing serious)Could be low sugar levels, get your blood cheked out to eliminate most things...Could be just something that you body is lacking, but would not recommend getting the tablets m8..Try some formal exercise's,get active that can do wonders for your energy levels.....Anything else just ask

Thanks for the advice, the thing is someone is always coming round asking me to go out somewhere, so its difficult to get into a routine, but may I will have to start saying no.
