Is ther any place you can download JAva games for your mobile and then simply transfer them over to a motorola V620?

I'm not so sure Motorola phones allow you transfer games onto them, I've tried various models using bluetooth and it's just not allowed by the handset. There's a hack you can get that involves downloading new software onto the phone and requires the use of a data cable but it's pretty long winded.
