Can someone help?
I just recently bought a freeview box, but at the moment i am only using an indoor ariel. I am currently receiving around 20 channels but i mostly wanted the music one, which i cant seem to get, along with a few others.
If i changed to my dads wideband ariel would it work any better, and would i receive more channels?

If you are receiving a good analogue picture using the main aerial, then you will normally have sufficient signal on the digital multiplexes from the target transmitter. Bear in mind though that not all transmitters transmit all of the multiplexes and some only transmit analogue, it depends where you are as to what you can receive.

i got one in my sons room and had a few probs at first ( channels )
but bought a good indoor ariel and now he gets all the channels

My brother also has a freeview box in his room, and he gets a few more channels.. When i tried my box in his room he just got what i got.. Maybe the box helps too??

have you tried adding new channels ?

When i use my box in my room i get say 20 but when i use his i get like 26
I have tried adding channels on my one but 20 is all i'm getting...
I have a dtr2 and he has model dtr1.
