USB Cables

Can any one tell me if there is any difference between a usb 1 and a usb 2 cable or is it just a marketing ploy? Many thanks.:nowords:

USB 2.0 cables tend to be better quality to carry the higher quantity of data without loss.

That being said, a lot of USB 1.1 cables are capable of running USB 2.0 without problem.
