    Default mobile phone locked

i have a works mobile phone and transferred my works sim card to another personal phone.

i have since been off work sick and have found that work have blocked my sim card and also it appears has blocked my own personal phone at the same time !

    is this possible?
the sim card was in my own phone at the time work blocked it.

my work phone ive checked and it isnt blocked.

can anybody tell me if it is possible to block my personal phone in this way?

    thanks paul

when you say blocked do you mean the phone doesnt work even if you put another sim in it? either the same network or different (assuming that youve unlocked the phone) or that nothing works, cos i wouldnt have though they coulds have blocked your mobile without the imei

what has happened is the network block the phone the sim is used in most recently etc

when you lose your phone u ring the network, notice they never ask you for the imei number ?, just the phone number, cayse they check there records and block the phone that the sims used in

ring the network and explain the mistake

The owner of the contract will have to contact the network m8. But then again you MAY be able to get the fone itself unbarred as you own the fone.

Its gotta be worth a rty m8,,, just explain to them that you have been using your own fone and NOT the contracted one.

They MAY just unbarr it for you.
