    Default When to exercise?

When is the best time to exercise?

I would rather exercise before eating, as when i come back, i can enjoy my food and it will boost my energy for the rest of the day.

On the other hand, if i eat before i have exercised, when i come back i feel tired and hungry!

But the thing about exercise and losing weight is sacrifice and will power! If everyone could do it and stick to it, there would be no fat people!

So my question is, despite how eating before or after exercising makes me feel! Which one is the best for losing more weight? Before or after eating?

Best time to exercise is either first thing in the morning or last thing at night.the reason for at night is your body burns more calories whilst sleeping and in the morning you body is depleted of its glycogen stores so uses stored fat for energy.
Also I find training in the morning gives you that buzz also through the day..
But eat AFTER training m8,yes you can have a light snack before say 1-1 n half hours before but get the grub in you after it....You end up with stomch cramps and feeling bloating during training and its not a pleasant experience....HTH
Also with your meal after trainging.donty eat it all in the first sitting, half your meal then an hour or so later eat then rest

Following on from toto, i usually have a scoop of whey protein 30-45 mins before exercise (if i do it in the morning), then my body isnt burning muscle as well. Toto pretty much nailed it tho.
