Free O2 Calls

there was a thing were as you topped up ur phone for the first time,
u took note of the date.
then used ur credit etc then 2-3 days before ur month was up u set the phone back to the org day u topped up
and turned the phone off for 24hrs then switch back on, on the org day of topup and u got ur �10 of credit back...
above details may not be 100% exact but that was the jist of it

that was for txts only wasnt it

Yeh that was only for txt's. I'm not sure if it still works mind, i heard o2 put a stop to that. But neways.. i ordered 3 of those 300 freebie sim cards the other day from some woman on ebay for a couple of quid and these have a choice of either 300 Free txt's or 100mins of talk time or a bit of both. So i wonder if its the same trick only you select talktime instead of txts?

that might be it, but doubt it as in the description it states it takes 10mins to connect to call, you dont have to do that when youve got the 100min tafiff

Did she mean it takes 10 mins to connect, or 10 mins between each call? It seemed like 10 mins to connect!
