im not a fan of cheap equipment/gear (who is?) and this certainly looks it.

No weights are included with it, so you have to buy them extra, doesnt look sturdy enough to hold huge amounts of weight either.

I wouldnt m8, could buy you 2-3 months gym membership with the cash instead!

Yeah I totally agree I purchase a york weights bench from argos I did not think much of it and York is a fairly well known make. I suggest something smaller like thos elasticy things at least this way when you get to strong for it you can shove it under the bad. These machines really are not very good quality if you really have to buy something like this for home get the proper kit like this maybe. The only thing is its so expensive and its easier to get motivated at gym rather than in your own home. Finally its never a good idea to keep that kind kit upstairs due to the weight so will probably need to dedicate a room to it.

My advice GET TO THE GYM. Grrrrrrr :thumbs

not a fan of these set ups at all .i have one simple bench at home and it only has a incline option the backrest any other execise i achive with freeweights as i always have .
im not a fan of machines in the gym either some are ok but most of them are cr4p.
get a decent bench to benchpress then go with freeweights,i know lots of people will disagree but i think this works best
    good luck with your program
