Can't use mds image?

My UK-Info V10 data disc when mounted gets rejected and an error comes up 'conflict with disc emulator software detected. see www.securom.com/emulation for more details'. How can I fix this through mounting (I don't have a cd-rom drive for the laptop I want to use it on). Thanks.

I've used that and it doesn't work, even with emulation enabled.

isnt mds a image created by using alcohol 120% ? Alcohol comes with its own virtual cd tool which you could give a try

It wont most likely work with both alcohol AND daemon tools installed together !

They both make virtual (maybe .mds) evolved drives.

Had the same problem with "AS:ATG" 4 the PC til I 100% "removed" all alcohol related software !

i am sure that dvd decrypter creates mds file when u create an image,

i would give that a bash

i always open mds files with iso buster then xtract the file ,it never fails

Alcohol and Daemon 3.47 ive had a problem with them conflicting regarding GTA had to remove Daemon 3.47.

Get the latest Alcohol and you can use the same as daemon anyway in the preferences.

If all fails maybe corrupt image

Regedit : HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\HARDWARE\DEVICEMAP\Scsi\. Search for key d347prt (it'll be on one of the SCSI ports). Right click on the key (i.e. if you find it on scsi port 3, highlight that key), select permissions, apply 'deny' on read to 'administrators'.

That should sort it.
