Telewest CR4 rollout has begun

Updates include parental pin control over payments (chat/games/etc) in interactive, non-sky channels can be viewed in interactive, audio description, a few cosmetic changes, vod code for when vod is enabled in your area. There are a few other changes for billing payments for developers.

Inital rollout is to 20,000 customers in Cheltenham and Gloucester which is the next area to get vod.

I don't have any further dates for further rollout, or if it changes anything else under the hood
