Sharon Stone is using body doubles for her sex scenes in Basic Instinct 2.

There are various sex scences in the film including one with a lesbian.

According to The Sun an insider on the film said: "There is lots of sex in the sequel. Dozens of girls were interviewed for the sex scenes and Sharon decided which ones she wanted to use.

"She is 48 and time has taken its toll in some departments."

Sources on the set also claim that blonde extras are being vetted to make sure they don't upstage Sharon.

The film is currently being shot in London.
