Change Directory Attributes ?

I desperately need a utility that will change the date/time attribute on directories in Windows XP.

I can find plenty that change file attributes but not directories. I really need it to be freeware too.

Anyone have any ideas ?

Heres a freeware bit of software - dont use it much as I've no major need to edit directories but it does work in XP
