 its a much more advanced loader than released b4
 fixes a few issues
 still not perfect but its a first rls
 there will be no games loading that require a umd
 all rls's will be no umd only

Since ordering my 1gb MS I now have a reason to actually charge my PSP and use it ! *L* Up until then it then it has sat in my drawer with the ridge racer game I got with it and couldn't be arsed to charge it once the battery ran flat !

Hopefully the card will come this week because at the minute the wait is killing me.

still trying to figure that one out myself lol... just playing with some emu and roms toget them, working at present but mind is black as to what to put on it ..... Maybe others have suggestions lol

chees for that TIN CAN, about the emulators, what is the speed and sound like on them and how do they compare to the original machines ? Just as well I have a shitload of roms to try out as well Would be great if a full speed MAME emu came out.

well............ i started loading them on my psp and played a couple of games from various emu's then a funny thing happened and i can't get the emus to run, although i am finding it far from funny lol.....

In fact its doing me head in....

So if i can ge them to run again and find some decent roms ill be happy...

Seriously though on some emus' you notice the speed but with each update its helping and sounds good on most...

To get rid of the 'corrupted data' message once you've put this onto your MS, rename the 2 pspx folders psp1~1% and psp[29 spaces]1 - all sorted.

Prick teasing? It's been out for like, several hours and you're bitching already.

Go buy the originals if your not happy with the speed of these patch engines, or better still - come up with your own code.

maybe you would like to make us a better loader then?

this new loader plays coded arms and the football game, both of which you needed a UMD of some description to run prevously, 2 new games for you, for nothing.
Progress comes in small steps, dont expect every game to run in the next loader, or the next 5 loaders

Personally, this loader offers me nothing yet....but, if I didn't own Wipeout UMD, then it would be a very different story (owning a PSP without Wipeout must be illegal or something....damn fine game).

Any progress is progress, no matter how small. The next few releases could be interesting...

This is good news in my opinion as its a step forwards not backwards and it does say on the Q&A that it will soon work on 1.0's and be able to multi boot numerous games so thats good for me.

on pspupdates theres some jip about another new loader? it doesnt name it and doesnt say what it does other the emulating UMD? Could this be an answer to some of the other loaders that require a specific UMD to load.

If any one has any info please add. :nowords:
