Need 15x Offcie 2003 Small Business Edition, can some one help

Hi

I need to order 15 copies of Microsoft Office 2003 Small Business Edition, now they need to be OEM and i need them soon.

I have found them for �164.50 each, total is �2467.50 but i was woundering if anyone knows anywhere to order them in bulk to try and save on them.

I hope this sort of post is allowed, if not i appologise and can a mod please remove.

Thats quite a good price especially if you can get it without buying any hardware. Your only option to try and get the price down would be to buy a copy of the software and then buy licences for the rest. your big problem is that 15 coppies isnt bulk so you wont get the best possible price but there is very little difference.

thing is we want 15 cd's for office, just so each workstation has its owd disc.

not my option like but its the boss' choice, and what he says goes, lol.

I sell licensing and it will be much more expensive. OEM is by far the cheapest option, and that is a good price you have got. The only problem with OEM is when the machine dies, so does the license as it is technically not transferrable.

intresting point gunner, I had a conversation on this point some time back about the coa's for win xp pro on ebay, the sellers were saying as long as you tell :whistle microshat the original machine had been destroyed they would allow you to reinstall on another machine.
conflicting points came back. :coffee: on both side of the topic :nowords:

Maybe mate, but whenever I have met with MS they have said that it dies with the machine (i.e the machine with the license stuck to it).

As for full office SBE for �169, I would be suprised if they were full uk licenses. Maybe grey which might not be legal over here.

try getting them off ebay u could get them for about �75 per copy of office and you would just get charged for 1 or 2 postage cost if u bought 15 that would be my option

or just buy a end user license agreement off microsft that would proably be cheaper and u could install it on as many machines has u want

Could you not use multiple volume licensing? I am not sure how much it costs, but would have thought it is cheaper than individual licences- Have a look here

I don't think you can get SBE through licensing? Even so, it will be more expensive than this.

no good reason on this earth for each work station to have its own disk.

have you ever tried buying an end licence user agreement off microsoft has this would probably be your cheapest option and even if any of the computers needed to be formated then you could reinstall it with eze has you have no limit to the amount of computers you install it on
